We've had a great two days in this seaside town, mainly chilling out at the Louisiane Brewhouse and getting more than a little bit sunburnt. This morning we went snorkleing off the islands nearby which was ace, and relaxing before we get the Reunification Express - a desperately slow train but must-do attraction, to Saigon tonight.
More postcards on the way, I'll almost certainly be back in Zhengzhou and wearing my new walking socks before they arrive though! Liv's been in the Torygraph again, in the Money section apparently re: Student Loans; I'm quoted, still trying to find it, I'll post it here.
I can't believe I've got to be back at work on Monday! We've had such an adventure traveling down the coast - some of the towns are stunning, and renting bikes (again) and a whistle-stop tour around the DMZ were fantastic. I'll try to get photos up asap when we're back - I shouldn't think I'll have to do any teaching: the semester starts in Monday at 8am and we haven't been told what level, course or hours we'll be teaching yet. Oh, it's five months ago!
I found this about teaching in Tanzania, supposedly an English-speaking country. It sounds very familiar! I might write in...
